Appreciation for Jerry!
I have known coach Jerry for many years now! It's been a privilege watching his personal journey to greatness, which has translated to his passion for helping others. His attention to detail and breaking down specifics whether it be physical, mental, emotional, or even spiritual he will help you obtain your goals.
He put together a specific stretching program for my severe back issues. This is a very intense six week long program that has truly helped me gain a lot more mobility and curb a lot of inflammation. I've already had back surgery once and am trying to avoid this indefinitely. His program is truly helping me achieve this goal. It's put me on the path to become a better father, and husband.
